Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 kg black grapes


  • 4 tbsp salt


  • 3 tbsp turmeric


  • 4 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 2tbsp rai powder


  • 2tbsp vinegar


  • 1 cup mustard oil

Directions

  • Wash and chopp grapes
  • Dry roast all.masala
  • Mix well in grapes .
  • Heat oil till smoking point
  • Aftercooling add oil in achar
  • Add vinegar
  • Keep in fridge for 1 month
  • Enjoy with poori paratha
